All orders
will arrive in approximately 1 to 5 weeks. However, due to
possible production or shipping delays, we can never guaranty
a specific delivery date. Please do not schedule installation
until you are sure you will have your carpet.
You MUST
inspect your order for damage when it arrives (you must unroll
your carpet/rug and look at it). If you do not receive your
order yourself, then the person who receives your order must
inspect it for damage. If your order has been damaged, you
must refuse delivery. This will make it much easier to process
a damage claim with the freight company. If you sign for your
order, you are accepting your order "as is".
Also,
if your order is left at your door by the courier and you
later see that it was damaged, you need to keep it wrapped
so that the courier can inspect the damage. You can not open
the product and then file a claim because you will have destroyed
the evidence. The courier will refuse the claim on the grounds
that the damage may have been caused after you opened it.

*Larger
than 12' x 8' 6" or for Carpet Tile orders of 10 or more
All carpeting
or area rugs larger than 12' x 8' 6" and all Carpet Tile
orders of 10 tiles or more will be shipped by a trucking company.
We can deliver anywhere with truck receiving facilities (loading
dock), such as a business or your installer's business location.
Your carpet can also be held at a local truck terminal until
your installer or yourself can pick it up. Truck lines will
store your carpet for about a week or so at no charge. We
will call you to discuss shipping options for all orders larger
than 12' x 8' 6".
Any truck
deliveries to a location without a truck dock (loading dock)
will incur an extra $85 charge. Please consider whether a
truck will fit down your street when you have an order delivered
to your home.
The receiver
of all truck deliveries must unload their order from the truck.
All rugs
that are picked up at a truck terminal will be subject to
a daily storage fee if the carpet is not picked up within
a week. This fee is assessed by the trucking company.
12' x
8' 6" or Smaller
All carpeting
that is 12' x 8' 6" or smaller will be shipped via UPS
or Federal Express. You should consider whether or not UPS
will have a weather-safe place to leave your carpet if you
are not home (although the carpets are packed in a plastic
bag that should help keep them dry).
All orders
are shipped free within the contiguous USA only. Unfortunately,
we can not ship orders that are less than 5 rugs or 500 square
feet outside the USA.
